Queer Centre Conduct Policy
Queer Centre is all about building a healthy interconnected community. We want to maintain harmony at our events so that people can be comfortable and connect with each other authentically. If there is a conflict that is serious enough to require intervention from others, we hope that collaborative solutions can be found with respectful mediation. In cases where safety is a concern, the following conduct policy may be implemented.
Anyone who is threatening or causing harm to the physical safety of others, or the property of others or of the venue, will be banned from the event and from future events and must leave immediately. If it is determined by a Queer Centre member or event volunteer that someone is causing distress through inappropriate conduct, such as discriminatory behavior, harassment, or other forms of abusive or harmful behavior, the person who is performing the inappropriate conduct will be banned from the event, and possibly future events, at the discernment of the person implementing this conduct policy.

Queer Coffee & Breakfast
Every Sunday 10am-1pm, The Foundry (Back Entrance)
Queer Coffee got food funding!
For well over a year now, Queer Coffee Chill and Chat has been meeting EVERY Sunday morning in the back room of the Foundry, providing a recurring, all-ages social gathering for local queer community. Many have found the space to be essential as a low-barrier and reliable place to be themselves and find connection. In addition to coffee and tea, many community members have brought their own food to cook and share with others.
