Make Empathy Great Again - Community Picnic Against Hate April 20th

Local artists, community organizers, business owners, families and neighbours are gathering on Sunday April 20th at Simms Park from 1-5 pm for a ‘Make Empathy Great Again’ community picnic against hate

With support from Elevate and the Comox Valley Community Health Network and other community partners in holding a community picnic from 1pm to 5pm in Simms Park (Courtenay, BC). This community picnic is a celebration of Comox Valley’s diversity, commitments to inclusion and our shared community resilience through ongoing attacks and hate against minority groups and community members.
