These terms apply to all purchases made through the Queer Centre Comox Valley website. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

General Terms (All Purchases) You agree to follow the Queer Centre Code of Conduct. The Queer Centre may decline or cancel any purchase that does not align with our values.

Space Booking Terms If you are booking the space, you also agree that:

  • You are responsible for your use of the space and all attendees
  • You will use the space respectfully and as described in your booking
  • Your booking time includes setup and cleanup
  • You will leave the space clean and in its original condition
  • You are responsible for any damage caused during your use
  • Unless otherwise arranged, your booking takes place during regular open hours
  • Your booking details are private by default on the public calendar — you may opt in to public listing
  • If you are feeling unwell, you agree to stay home or wear a mask
  • You are using the space at your own risk and agree to be responsible for any claims arising from your booking
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking are not eligible for a refund or credit return
  • The Queer Centre may end your booking or ask you to leave if these terms are not followed
